REFORMER PILATES
Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout using a specialised machine with adjustable springs to add or subtract resistance and support. It can be a dynamic alternative, or a complimentary practise to mat Pilates, rooted in the same fundamental principles.
It builds core strength, flexibility & stability through controlled, low-impact movements, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
Famously effective at improving posture & preventing/rehabilitating injuries.
