As well as being an academy level rugby player, I have spent the last 9 years performing around the country including several West End productions, before becoming a Level 2 & 3 PT & Nutritionist. I have a passion for all-round wellbeing & know how to keep in shape for anything an intense career in dance can throw at you.

I love nothing more than helping you get in the best shape of your life (no matter your age or ability) in a way that educates you to take control of your own fitness journey.

My interest in fitness developed during my dance training & throughout my career, which has spanned over 15 years in Dance & professional West End Theatre.  I quickly learnt if I wanted to have longevity in my chosen field I needed to look after my body in a way that would enable it to withstand the physical & mental demands of performing.  Becoming a PT & Barre coach has become a natural path for me, & one I’m very passionate about.

As your coach I can support you, irrespective of your fitness level, age or ability. Together we will improve your motivation & find tools that enable you to feel stronger, more empowered, energised & confident.

JUDE

Fitness Instructor & Combat Specialist

Harrogate

After a career as a Learning Disability Nurse, I am now a Level 2 PT. I love incorporating the outdoors into my functional fitness techniques & I'm a specialist in 'TKO' combat training. I have worked in the fitness industry for 14 years now, so I'm the perfect fit for anyone with low confidence!

PT Consultant, S&C/Sport Science Specialist

I have spent the last 15 years working for some of the top football clubs in the UK & US (including: Doncaster Rovers, Sheffield United, Bradford City, Rotherham United, Notts County, Harrogate Town AFC etc.) as a specialist in all things Strength & Conditioning.

I have a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science & I own my own gym. I will be an expert program advisor to our PT's, helping to ensure you get the best possible advice for your lifestyle & body-type.​

Lucy is an all round creative person & an ex-pro dancer. She brings her creative flare to The Collective & is a super friendly face to help you on your journey with us!
